Bootcamp – Blood, Sweat & Beers

Bodyweight only bootcamp held outside from April through October and inside from November to March. All you’ll need for this class is a yoga mat and plenty of water. A combination HIIT and traditional style cardio & strength with a dynamic warm-up and targeted abdominal work. This is a social group of people who love to work hard/play hard. Join us after the work for a drink at a local bar or brewery.

Bootcamp classes are on a drop-in basis for $10 per class. You can join the group, get updates, and RSVP each week through our group.
