It’s been a while since I’ve shared but I have definitely been getting tons of outdoor workouts this summer. I had my sights set on some stairs this morning, and came up with this little workout while I was there. It was a good one so I figured I’d share it with you!
I completed 5 rounds of each of the sets below but modify to do what works for you! You could even make this a non-stair workout, just substitute the stairs for a short run. I’d aim for a 20-30 second sprint.
I made this into a slightly longer workout by running to the stairs and back (about 2.5 miles total) and finishing off the workout with 5 sets of strict stair sprints. Again, you can make this workout your own by adding in or taking out whatever doesn’t work!
