mini hybridHIIT Workout for the Weekend

Here’s a mini hybridHIIT style workout you can do over the long weekend. You can make it your own by selecting the weight, the number of rounds and the amount of rest that best suits you.

Each of the complexes in the workout is designed to be done with a kettlebell but you can substitute dumbbells if you need to. Use a single medium-to heavy weight for the last 2 complexes and substitute for 2 medium weight dumbbells for the first complex.

I’ll keep it short so you can get to work and then enjoy your weekend.
