Round 2:
Row 250 Meters
x10 Curl to Press

Round 3:
Row 250 Meters
x5 Push-up with Renegade Row
x20 Jackknife Crunch
All other 3 sets will look similar, just change up your cardio and the strength moves.

I would love to do this, but I’m training for a marathon and running 3 days a week so I could only do a 3 day program in addition. I think 4 would be too much. Would you be interested in customizing a plan for a fee?
I’m working out at Anytime Fitness Berkley so I have access to almost everything.
I’m gonna try to make boot camp next week (finally)!
