Anyway, back to this workout. If you’ve been following along, you should be familiar with most of these movements by now. In case you need a refresher, demo video of all the movements is here.
You should also be familiar with the TABATA set up, but just to reiterate:
4 Rounds, alternating between 2 exercises. Each exercise is 20 on/10 off. I’m adding a little cardio burst into this workout, so after every TABATA set you’ll do a 1 minute burst of cardio (also shown in the video).
