Winter Wonderland Workout

Just when you thought this winter was going to be that bad…

Don’t fear,  you won’t need to brave the elements to get in a good workout. You can do this one from the comfort of your warm, cozy living room.

You can modify this for any level. Here are my suggestions:

Beginner: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Rest 1-2 minutes after the first set and repeat for the next two sets.

Intermediate: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Do 1-2 rounds of each set before resting for 1-2 minutes and moving to the next.

Advanced: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Do three rounds of each set before resting for 1 minute and moving to the next set.
