Day 24: “Pick Your Weight” Dumbbell Workout

Sorry for the delay.. this was ready to be posted and then my laptop literally exploded.

This is still a good way to start your new year and also a great beginner-level workout. Just choose the weight of the dumbbells that works best for you!

I worked hard to be sure to include another video for this workout. I hope it helps!
