Day 21: Instant Abs

This is an “instant” abs workout. And by instant I mean a short workout that will have you feeling the burn, quickly. If you want a six pack you may need a liiiitle more work but the good news is the 20 previous workouts will definitely help!

You will need a single weight for at least the first set (a dumbbell, can of soup, or any type of heavy item will do). You could add the weight to the other sets for an additional challenge.

Complete each set of 4 movements in intervals of 20 on/ 10 off. Repeat the set 2 times back-to-back. Rest and then move onto the next set!
