Day 20: 12 Moves of HIITmas

The workout below is completed just like the song.

Start with 1 Push-up Burpee, then 2 Thruster Jumps + 1 Push-up Burpee, then 3 Push-ups + 2 Thruster Jumps + 1 Push-up Burpee… and on until you complete the final round, which will begin with 12 Jump Lunges (each side) and end with 1 Push-up Burpee.

This NO EQUIPMENT, BODYWEIGHT-ONLY and perfect to do in cramped spaces if you’re traveling.

I recommend christmas tunes while you workout and definitely a cookie after!
