Those people really know how to work. And, yes, alcohol is a really good motivating factor.
These sets have you doing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Work sets start big (4 moves for 4 rounds) and then get smaller (ending with just 1 movement for 4 rounds).
Take enough rest between sets so that you can start back up with 100% intensity – keep in mind that your next work set is not as long!
