Day 10: At Home or the Gym

Here is a workout you can do at home or at the gym. I actually completed this one this morning at my gym, using the treadmill for my running intervals. You only need one set of dumbbells so you could easily modify this to do at home.

As always, you can substitute running with another form of cardio. If you’re at home try 2 minutes of Jump Rope or 1 minute of Burpees (or rotate between 30 seconds of Mt. Climbers and 30 seconds of Jump Squats for 2 minutes).

If you plan to run on the treadmill try to really push your pace! Go at a speed you wouldn’t be able to maintain for a mile or even for half a mile.
Select a medium-heavy weight for your dumbbells. You should fight for the last rep after every set.
