Day 8: 25 Days of Fit with HIIT

Here is a good Saturday workout. Saturday workouts are my favorite. Extra time to get extra sweaty. I hope you start your weekend off with a great workout and enjoy a few extra treats!

You can run inside or out or substitute the running for another type of cardio. For example, row 1000 meters, bike 2 miles or try some hill sprints. The cardio shouldn’t just be a quick burst, but really push you – run as fast as you can for 1 mile (or row, or bike, etc.).

Try taking as little rest as possible throughout, especially during your 3 rounds after each mile. Get through all 3 rounds then rest until you feel ready to go at 100% effort for the next set.
