Whoops. Well, a day late but… maybe you enjoyed a day off yesterday because we are only on Day 7 of 25 Days of Fit with HIIT.
This is a workout you can do at home, no equipment required. However, I did this workout with one of my bootcamp classes and we used a light set of dumbbells to add extra resistance to this movement. Do what works for you!
This one is a mix of reps & timed work, strength & cardio. This is a lower-body focused workout with some core & arms mixed in (you’ll appreciate the break during the workout).
