Thanksgiving Workout

Well… it’s Black Friday. I missed the whole pre-Thanksgiving feast workout train. I was busy. Doing a whole lot of nothing other than cooking, eating, drinking (and exercising).

So, I’m coming to you a day or two late with a Turkey-themed workout that you can do after your feast. Also great for making room for leftovers or burning off the extra pie.


You can make this easier by:
1. Performing 1 round of each set
2. Cutting reps down from 10 to 5
3. Taking extra rest

You can make this more difficult by:
1. Performing 3 rounds of each set before moving to the next
2. Taking less rest
