Climb the Mountain – Quick HIIT Workout

Here’s something short & simple for you. A no-equipment needed, do-anywhere workout. Perfect for when you want to get moving, work up a quick sweat and be DONE.

Of course, you could incorporate this into your longer workout – it’d be a great warm-up or finisher.

The workout is simple, start at the bottom and then work your way up. There is, however, one catch (there’s always a catch)… As you climb your way up, each round starts back at the bottom.

Here’s what each round will look like:

Round 1:  Mt. Climbers
Round 2: Mt. Climbers, Pop Squats
Round 3: Mt. Climbers, Pop Squats, Plank with Twist
Round 4: Mt. Climbers, Pop Squats, Plank with Twist, Burpees
Round 5: Mt. Climbers, Pop Squats, Plank with Twist, Burpees, Push-ups
Round 6: Mt. Climbers, Pop Squats, Plank with Twist, Burpees, Push-ups, Rocket Jumps
