Back to Work: Day 3

Better late than never. Better something than nothing. We’ve all had those days…

So, it’s late and it isn’t fancy but here is something super simple, yet effective when you just need to do something.

Complete all reps in any format desired. You can split it into rounds, do all of them at once, in order or not, anyway you like! Just be sure to get in all the reps and aim to do it as fast as possible.

100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
100 Lunges
100 Tripcep Dips
3 Minutes of Plank Holds
